unless specifically permitted by these Terms and Conditions or

of privacy and publicity, and communications regulations and statutes.

"Trademarks") displayed on the Site are registered and unregistered
Trademarks of Shing Wako Resort and others. Nothing contained on the

Site without the written permission of Shing Wako Resort or such third

prohibited. You are also advised that Shing Wako Resort will
