My Philosophy
Massage is a touch therapy that provides
benefits from the emotional to the physical. I am a
knowledgeable, nurturing, and compassionate professional who gives clients’
needs the highest consideration. I use massage as a means to assist my clients
become more aware and responsible for their own bodies’ well being. My massage
philosophy involves touch as a means of communication between the therapist’s
hands and the client’s body.

Thai Yoga Massage Therapy
Thai Yoga massage is an ancient yoga
therapy which combines yoga postures with touch technique to promote
deep relaxation and healing. During a session the recipient is cradled
through a series of stretches while key muscles are massaged and sen
energy lines are stimulated to promote a healthy flow of energy. TYM
is received fully clothed and relaxed on the floor. Great for
releasing stress and chronic tension, and pain.
Private Yoga Therapy and Thai Yoga Massage Therapy
You may book a private session or a
class for your group. Either can be designed to meet your specific
needs and wishes, incorporating yoga therapy, core strength,
structural alignment, yoga nidra (a body-centered guided meditation),
partner yoga, and breathwork.
